Ava Grace Janes-Veale was born this morning at 11:08 AM at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital. She weighed in at an even 6 lbs. The first signs of action were at 4:15 this morning, so a reasonably short labour. More details to follow when I've come back down to earth.
