Rather than rained off, the Swansea game at St Helens was monsooned off on Saturday, as was the rest of the Principality Premiership. Which means that Ebbw Vale stay top for another week.Had a chance over the weekend, amongst construction of IKEA wardrobes (lightly covered in arterial splashback), to see some of the Heineken Cup rugby on Sky.
Highlight was referee Wayne Barnes stopping the Scarlets v Munster game “for 30 seconds whilst this blows over”, on which Scott Quinnell commented “he’s obviously not been to Llanelli before”.
