Talk about dumbing down. On Thursday, the BBC weatherman Peter Gibbs was fretting about wind chill. To explain, he pointed to his chart and said "...and the lower the number, the colder it will be."
Thanks for that explanation. Its a good job you studied for years in meteorology school to explain these complex ideas to us, eh?
